How long does my order take to ship?

All our microgreens are custom grown to ensure the freshest and highest quality produce for our customers. From the moment we plant the seeds, it takes between 10 to 30 days for the microgreens to reach their optimal state for delivery. We proudly deliver locally in the Savannah, GA, and Hilton Head area. Additionally, we offer microgreen powder that can be shipped anywhere in the US, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, currently we are shipping in the U.S only.

What is your return policy? 

Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the freshest and highest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Perishable items such as microgreens cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

• For perishable items, if they arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue a refund or replacement.

3. Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
